Refund & Cancellation Policy

MN Legacy Exports specializes in the international export of spices, agricultural products, handicrafts, home dΓ©cor products, and customized export orders. Due to the nature of international trade, production, packaging, documentation, and logistics costs are incurred immediately upon order confirmation.

Therefore, all refund requests are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Payment Terms

70% Advance Payment

All export orders require a minimum advance payment of 70% of the total order value before processing, procurement, production, packaging, or shipment arrangements begin.

30% Balance Payment

The remaining 30% balance payment must be cleared before dispatch, Bill of Lading release, shipping document release, or delivery of goods.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  • βœ“ Orders may be cancelled only before procurement, production, processing, packaging, or shipping activities begin.
  • βœ“ Once production, sourcing, packaging, export documentation, or logistics arrangements have started, cancellation may not be possible.
  • βœ“ Any administrative, banking, sourcing, inspection, or documentation expenses incurred will be deducted from any refund amount.

2. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of order processing.

  • βœ“ Full refund may be considered only if cancellation occurs before any business processing begins.
  • βœ“ Partial refunds may be issued after deducting actual expenses incurred.
  • βœ“ No refund shall be applicable once products have been manufactured, customized, packed, shipped, or export documentation has been completed.
  • βœ“ Refunds are processed only after internal review and approval.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • βœ— Change of buyer's business plans.
  • βœ— Import restrictions imposed by buyer's country.
  • βœ— Customs clearance delays outside seller's control.
  • βœ— Shipping carrier delays.
  • βœ— Product variations due to natural agricultural characteristics.
  • βœ— Incorrect information provided by buyer.
  • βœ— Buyer refusal after shipment dispatch.
  • βœ— Force majeure events.

4. Product Quality Claims

Any quality-related claim must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the shipment.

The buyer must provide supporting evidence including photographs, inspection reports, videos, laboratory reports, or any other documentation reasonably requested by MN Legacy Exports.

After verification, the company may offer replacement, credit adjustment, or any other mutually agreed solution.

5. Shipping & Logistics

MN Legacy Exports shall not be responsible for delays, losses, customs detention, import restrictions, taxes, duties, inspections, or regulatory actions occurring after goods have been handed over to shipping carriers or logistics providers.

6. International Trade Compliance

Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country's import laws, customs regulations, food safety standards, certifications, permits, and licensing requirements.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 15 to 30 business days through the original payment method or mutually agreed banking channel, subject to banking procedures.
